How can I stay notified on new drops?
We are very active on facebook and constantly posting our drops there. We try to offer optimal timing for preorders to ensure your items make it to you. Subscribe to our email!
How long is shipping?
We have a standard 3 week turn around time. We ship out every Monday and Friday. Due to our volume, we place order for new stock every Friday. Inventory typically takes about 3-4 days to get to us and we start working on your order immediately. USPS will normally take 5-6 days to ship from us to you. If you have any issues, please contact us at support@addiesstitch.com.
How do I care for my item?
All blanks are different. However, for your design preservation; please wash in cold water inside out and dry on a low heat. Do not bleach or iron your design under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage to your product during your wash.
How do I return?
Returns? We apologize that you are not satisfied with your product. Due to the personalization of each item, we are unable to accept returns. Please email us at support@addiesstitch.com for any issues you have with your product.
Why can’t I access the “customer requested” tab?
This tab is specifically for customers who had a special request. It is a password protected tab. If you are supposed to have access to this tab and cannot enter, please contact us.
What thread is my design made of?
Here at Addie’s Stitch we focus on using the best material for you. Our thread is 100% polyester to give your design that stunning shine.
